Our Process

Get
Quote

Ideally we like to meet you onsite so we can understand your needs and concerns. We always make sure Michael, the owner, quotes pool service. During this visit we do a full inspection of your pool equipment and use the Spintouch photometer water testing system to test the pool water. We list everything related to your pool into our software so going forward we know how to approach your service and any repairs that may arise. We will then send you a quote within 24 hours of our visit detailing problems that we found with the pool, if any. Our quote will consist of requirements and recommendations before we can start service. We will also send you a detailed quote for pool service.

Get
Started

In some cases your pool will not be ready for weekly service. All required repairs and water treatments will need to be completed before service can start. During this process we usually clean large filters, fix water issues, and complete major and minor repairs so your pool is running at 100%. Service is all about maintenance and if the pool is not working correctly from the get go then maintenance is not possible.

First
Visit

Michael will be sent out on the first 2 visits after repairs have been made. His goal during this process is to make sure the transition to the permanent service tech goes smoothly. He is looking for any minor issues missed during the quoting process. Our goal is to maintain your pool at 100% which is why he is looking deeper into the pool operation and balancing the water perfectly. We will paint and label pool plumbing as needed, log access locations, pets, how the pool is chlorinated, set all valves to correct positions, leave sign in card for tech, and take picture of the house.

Weekly
Service

Service will now start with your permanent tech. The Monday before your service starts your tech will get a print out of the new account. This print out will have a picture of your house and which side they should access the pool, a list of your pool equipment, how your pool is chlorinated, and any other specifics pertaining to you and your pool system.
