Michael moved out to sunny Tucson Arizona in 2005 to escape the cold and look for a better opportunity. Shortly after moving to Arizona he was hired on as a Pool cleaner with Mike’s Pool Service and Repair, a locally owned company They taught him the in’s and out’s of Pool Service and Repair. A few years after he hired on they sold off most of the business. During that process, they were able to help him with his business startup. Michael found early on that relationships are the key to success. Honesty and integrity really do matter in the growth of this company. Michael is also the Co-owner of Omni Pool Builders and Design, and Owner of Life Saver Pool Fence of Tucson. Michael has a beautiful wife and 3 awesome kids. His wife has supported him and this business from the beginning. Family is the most important thing to him in this life and they will always come first.
Maria originally worked in pool building as a Construction Scheduler for 5 years then took a break from the pool industry until returning in 2013 to be the Office Manager at Ambiance Pool Service. Customers can count on Maria to answer questions and help with any issues. Maria is blissfully married and is a mother of four beautiful children. Maria's next hobby will be antiquing and upcycling classic furniture pieces, wish her luck!
Retail Store Manager
In 2003 Adam decided to leave the cold Wisconsin winters behind and move to sunny Tucson. He brings 25 years of retail experience, most of those years in management positions and the last 6 and half years in the pool industry before joining the Ambiance team. Don’t let his title fool you, he wears many hats and deals with service, quoting, invoicing and whatever else needs to be done. He is an expert in water chemistry and is always willing to discuss different options with our customers. If you don’t want to talk chemistry you can always talk about tomatoes or chat about chickens with him. Adam spends most his free time in the backyard gardening or running with the chickens.
Route Service Coordinator
Although Shahr is new to the pool industry, she brings 10+ years of customer service experience with her. She absolutely loves meeting new people and making new connections. She grew up in St. Louis, but has spent a majority of her life in Arizona. She is a die-hard Arizona Wildcats fan. She is also extremely passionate about traveling and being on planes. In her spare time, Shahr and her husband love to travel, explore the great outdoors, and spend time with friends and family. Shahr does not have any kids but does have a fur baby named Frankie that she absolutely adores.
Repair Repair Technician
Shane, a former 35mm Movie Projector Tech from southern California, phased out by digital technology, is now dedicated to installing and repairing pool equipment. He understands that every pool is different and that all require special attention. He aspires to learn every aspect of pool equipment and would like to specialize in automation. He’s been in the pool industry about 3 1/2 years. He enjoys hunting and camping on his free time.
Repair Repair Technician
Mark has been in the pool and spa repair field for 8 years. He has cleaned and repaired pools and spas but his true passion is spa repairs. We really enjoy having him as he is a jack of all trades, with his specialty being in this industry. Mark enjoys being outdoors during his free time and has been an asset to the Ambiance Pool Service team. Mark is CPO Certified with the National Swimming Pool Foundation.
Pool Repair Technician
Cody has been working on machines his entire life. He comes from a long tradition of mechanics and handymen. He grew up with his grandfather and father being master mechanics. His stepfather taught shop at Canyon Del Oro High School for 30 years. Cody has worked in the repair and mechanical field for 16 years during the week and as a wedding DJ for several reputable venues on the weekends. He’s been repairing and installing pool equipment for 3 years. Cody recently had a beautiful baby daughter.
Lead Pool Technician
Nate has over 5 years of experience in the pool industry. He is CPR certified because safety is very important to him. Nate grew up in Washington State where he holds over 20 titles in Canoe Racing. Nate is one of the nicest guys we have ever met and has shown us that quality is more important than anything in the pool industry. Nate has a little boy and really enjoys being a father. Nate is "Pool Operator Certified" with the County.
Erick started with us in the spring and still loves his job at Ambiance! He moved from New Mexico to Arizona where he worked for a swimming pool plumbing company for about 4 years and now he cleans some of those pools. He spends his free time exploring and enjoying our beautiful city with his wife and friends.
Patrick is a native Tucsonan and loves desert living. He started in the pool industry the summer of 2016 and likes that he’s still learning something new every day. Patrick really enjoys producing music online and likes to play video games during his free time. He’s super friendly and likes meeting different kinds of people so if you see him out there say hello!
Kent has been an old pueblo area resident for 40 years. Kent has worked in the pool service and supply industry for nearly thirty-five years. He lives with his wife and their mascot (A Maltese) at the foot of the beautiful Santa Catalina Mountains. Kent has two daughters and one granddaughter who lives in the area as well. He enjoys the outdoors and loves to chat with our customers.
Kim has been with Ambiance since 2018. She has over 10 years experience in bookkeeping and office management. Kim is an asset to the Ambiance team. She is a Tucson Native and really enjoys Desert living.

Martin Albert Huerta, Jr. 29, passed away June 12, 2018.
Martin was not only an excellent employee but a friend to all of us at Ambiance. He touched each and every one of us in a different way. We miss him dearly...

Survived by Wife, Chantal Koestel Huerta; daughter, Madison Carmelita Huerta; parents, Martin A. Huerta Sr. and Mary Ann Huerta; sister, Megan (Ben) Mendiola; godaughter, Emma Henrietta Mendiola; nephew, Gabriel William Mendiola; brother, Michael Antonio Huerta (Kathy Du); In laws, Phillip and Evelyn Koestel, Maria Tellez Koestel, Gabriella Tellez Koestel, Sabrina Tellez Koestel, Scarlett Tellez Koestel and Phillip Emmitt-Tellez Koestel Jr. also many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
Martin was born to Martin "Marty" and Mary Ann Huerta on June 28, 1988.
The first week of his life was spent in the hospital and his mother did not get to hold or see him during that week. When his mother, Mary Ann, finally got to see and hold him in her arms, she saw he had red hair. It was at that moment that Mary Ann thought to herself "He is my Wuerito" and the nickname, "Wuero," as many of his family and friends know him, stuck.
Martin was a happy child with a charismatic personality. Being the firstborn child, Martin was a natural born leader and succeeded in everything he set his heart on. As a big brother he took his siblings under his wing and helped guide them through life.
Martin was a four-time All Star baseball player; he graduated from Amphi High School in 2006 and attended the University of Arizona. As a member of the Amphi High School football team, he was also an All State lineman.
Martin had a larger than life personality and lit up every room he entered. He was a happy, friendly, person who always saw the positive side of any situation.
