My 27-year-old single-speed pool pump was nearing its end and I wanted a system that would do a better job and save us a little money on electricity. After checking prices for a new variable-speed pump from several pool companies in the area, I texted Ambiance Pool Services on Sunday to see what they could do. To my surprise, Amber from Ambiance called back that day and discussed our pool needs. We got a fair-price quote and ordered the pump on Tuesday. Amber texted that installation was scheduled for the following day! The old pump and plumbing were removed, and the new pump was installed in less than 2 hours by Albert and Ben of Ambiance. Excellent service all around. Amber noted that our old pool equipment had been undersized for our 19,000-gal pool, but never tried to upsell us. Nevertheless, it became apparent to us that we needed a new filter as well, Again Ambiance provided a good deal for upgrading our filter to one that could do the job. It was installed quickly (by Albert) the following morning, and the pump, filter and pool are doing great! I can see from the watts used that it already is saving money compared to our old system. As a first-time pool owner, I requested a one-time cleaning service and was thrilled with the experience. Technician Shane was fantastic—he patiently answered all my questions and gave me a thorough pool maintenance 101. He cleaned the pool, added the necessary chemicals, and now it will be ready for swimming in a couple of days, once the chemicals have had time to work their magic. I’ll definitely be using their services again.

Just had my first major service experience with Ambiance and it went very well. My chlorinator failed and my controller was over 12 years old and needed updating. Shane finished the job by noon. This was a major plumbing task with the new chlorinator and 2 new computer-controlled valves. It was also a major electrical project with the replacement of the control unit and hookup to the gas heater. Everything went pretty smoothly. The only hiccup was the connection to our wireless network which required a firmware update in the control system. The only other thing that could have been improved would have been to inform me of the install date - I called 4 days after the quote was approved and learned it was scheduled the next day but I would have preferred they text or e-mail me once the schedule was set. Minor issue. Bottom line is I am very happy with the work and plan to have Ambiance do all the future mechanical/electrical work on our pool/spa system.

These guys really deliver! I called them to repair my shut off valve. The first repair failed, but they were prompt in sending someone else out to trouble shoot and make amends. Daniel, the second repairman was thorough and explained everything that he was doing and why. I was so impressed that I decided to have them replace my sand filter which was old and leaking. Two days later, I now have a brand new sand filter installed and I received an in depth explanation on how to operate and maintain this new equipment. On a Saturday, I had broke the cardinal rule of trying to open my filter to clean it hoping that would fix my problem and ended up releasing the sand. Tried to put the plug back in and couldn't. I called 5 other companies on Google that said they were open, only to leave voice-mail. Ambiance picked up! The lady was so nice and calm even though I was freaking out I totally damaged my filter, which made me feel better and they scheduled a tech to come on Tues. Thankfully I didn't cause $$$ damage and was an easy fix. The gentleman that came out was so nice and helpful! Attentive, responsive, and fast! The week before Thanksgiving, my old system started spraying water everywhere! I requested a free quote and Daniel was over the very next day. The Ambiance Sales and Service Team was very professional from start to finish with my pool repair needs. I was assigned to them through my home warranty and both Maria and Nanette were very nice and helpful with scheduling. Shane did a great job coming to my home for inspection and diagnosis and Cody completed all of the repairs. Special note about Cody, as he not only did a professional job in making all of the needed repairs, but he was also patient enough to answer all of my questions and explain and how my pool equipment works and the importance of maintaining a clean pool and what to look for.

Could not be happier with this company. Pool water consistently looks perfect and service for any repairs is quick. Pool tech also alerted me to an irrigation leak (while we were out of town) that I was able to address quickly which resulted in saving water and money.

I recently bought a home with a pool and the home inspector stated the pool was in pristine condition and I should find out who was servicing it and continue to use them. Ambiance. I love my pool and the technicians that have serviced it and clean it weekly are professional, take the time to educate me and never seem annoyed when I ask questions. and I ask a lot of questions. I have never been a pool owner,My honey says there a lot of work..I wanted a pool! So now I have a pool and I have been struggling with taking care of it.We have had some issues with the pump and heater switch and me not knowing how to care for it or understandng the pentair automation system.I had a total melt down over it.But I pulled my self together and we called Ambiance Pool Service and supply.I have to say they were on top of sending us quotes,ordering what we needed and setting up appt. After a super hot summer our pool was overrun with nasty algae that had stained the surface. Cody came out three times and did a miraculous job. To save us money, he showed us how to continue the treatments ourselves. Cody was really friendly and knowledgeable.

The team at Ambiance were terrific, from the time we called to arrange a diagnostic visit, to the way they delivered the bad news about the cracked heater needing to be replaced, all the way to the price quotes and installation of the new heater (all of which happened in the span of one week total). We poked around a bit online for prices for the new heater, but in the end decided that Ambiance's quoted price was exactly in line with what we saw advertised elsewhere, and their labor costs were completely reasonable. We are very pleased with our overall experience with Ambiance!

I am very much impressed by this pool service company, we needed a new one for our community and let me tell you they do not disappoint. They will text you if there’s anything going on and or if you have any questions versus you having to play phone tag with a business, they label their pool equipment and tubing, so you know what’s going on, and they have a lock they use for the community with a key enclosed so that you don’t have to worry about one person losing the key and instead it’s at the pool the whole time. Those little services definitely add up to something big and I can’t believe how sparkling our pool has been since I moved into my community in eight years!

I used Ambiance pool service because my pool water was saturated with heavy minerals. The pool was drained and required an acid wash. I also had an old sand filter replaced. Ambiance pool service was always on time, the repairs turned out just like they said they would. Every person who showed up to my house was courteous, knowledgeable, and went beyond customer service. Mark was the technician. He took the time to explain prior what he would do and reason for it when fixing a leak I had at the filter return pipe while being cost conscientious explaining my options he ended up installing a flow system better than what was previously there as well as took the time to clean and respray all the existing piping to look like new. He went the extra step without prompting. Would recommend save yourself the phone call to other pool repair services. Mark was spot on, efficient, and quick.

Three years ago, I was new to pool ownership. I called Ambiance for advice and they sent Daniel out to help me understand which pump does what, how to operate the obsolete Jandy controller, and give me information about what sorts of upgrades are on the market. There was never any pressure from them to buy anything. I’ve had them out a couple of times since for various simple fixes. Now, I’ve just gotten a fancy Pentair Intellitouch system from them, with a color LED lighting system. Daniel and another guy (sorry, buddy, I didn’t catch your name) installed it and walked me through operating it. Fantastic! They were both professional, efficient, and thorough. I couldn’t be more satisfied.
